Impending Wedding

Next Tuesday is our oldest daughter's wedding.  I will officiate as minister.  My wife is making the wedding dress: 36 yards of fabric just in the skirt!  In the mean time, she is close to a melt-down.  We will both be sooo glad when it is done with.  I could see this coming from the day our son-in-law to be proposed.  I knew this was going to be a tough time.

My mother-in-law and sister-in-law are here visiting before the wedding.  We are glad they are here, because we love them; but entertaining them is something else!

I have a cousin coming to the wedding that I have not seen since I was 15, about 40 years ago!  We sent an invitation to be courteous, never expecting tem to come!  But the cousin is coming, and bringing her girl-friend because her husband has to work.  Oh, joy!  Then, one of my sisters did not get her invitation, I know we sent one because her name is checked off on the mailing lists; she wants an invitation, though, so we will send another one.

Some guests are driving, others are flying.  There are still lots of details that have not been finished yet, some not even thought of!  Pray for us, please.
